Yale Global Scholars Summer Program 2025:
Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) applications for 2025 are now open to international applicants. This program includes a two-week academic program that helps the students participate in a STEM, humanities, social sciences, or cross-disciplinary track. YYGS is one of the world’s most internationally varied and accessible pre-college programs.

- Pool 2: January 10, 2025 (11:59 pm Eastern Time)
- Over 2,000 students from 150+ countries are served by the program
Requirements:
- Be a current sophomore or junior high school student or its equivalent abroad.
- Applicants should be first-time participants in YYGS
- Two Recommenders (who will ONLY fill out YYGS Recommendation Forms)
- Scores on an English fluency test (TOEFL or Duolingo) (optional)
- Transcripts from school
Benefits:
- Yale Young Global Scholars summer program offers different financial aid for students who submit financial need applications
- For YYGS Residential students, the full program tuition for the two-week session is USD 6,500.
- A few scholarships, which are need-based financial aid packages that almost fully cover tuition
- This tuition covers all on-campus components of the program, including housing, meals, curriculum materials, and more
